Apple Pickup

When you purchase at home and choose in-store pickup, your order will be waiting in the new Apple Pickup zone, a permanent home for online order pickup in the heart of the store.
Dedicated signage on the rear wall guides you to the accessible pickup counter, where an Apple team member will retrieve your order from built-in drawers along the wooden wall. Apple The Mall at Bay Plaza is the first Apple Store in the world with a dedicated pickup zone instead of a Forum.
Today at Apple

Today at Apple sessions — the free creative events offered in Apple Stores around the world — find a more intimate home in The Mall at Bay Plaza with two new zones that evolve the design of Training Tables found in other Apple Stores.
Instead of a Video Wall with cube seating, rounded tables place participants and Apple Creative Pros on all four sides, fostering communication and the sharing of ideas. Integrated outlets in each table offer a quick charge.
Larger Forum Displays bring session content to life, mounted against wood slat walls designed with acoustics in mind. Each table offers an Assistive Listening System for hearing accessibility.
Seating
Apple The Mall at Bay Plaza offers a more comfortable place to meet up for Genius Bar appointments. Built into the Avenues along the store walls are leather seats with an all-new design and upholstered backrests.
Storefront

A new storefront design emphasizes transparency and communicates lightness with minimal materials and an Apple logo that appears to float in front of the store.
Sliding glass doors efficiently manage store traffic and maximize interior visibility.
Simplified Design

Fabric on the ceiling, fabric on the walls: updated materials and lighting refresh the Apple Retail design language and improve acoustics and circulation. Freestanding Avenue fixtures bring display shelving out of the walls. Simplified designs streamline store efficiency and ultimately create a better customer experience.
